MNL LenLin is a paying guest accommodation managed by JAMELACE Guest House, a DTI and BIR registered proprietor. Located in San Juan, the geometric center of Metro Manila, a first class highly urbanized city in the 2nd District of the National Capital Region (NCR). Just a 30-minute or 15 km trip from MNL Int'l Airport. We offer all-inclusive rental, fits practical remote workers/job seekers, students, travellers looking for a space with private toilet & bath, WiFi, coordinated parking on-site. The space February 2024 marks our 11th month of hosting. And a new addition, MNL LenLin in West Crame, San Juan City, will initially open as paying guests accommodation in a 25 sq.m. unit on the first floor of a low-rise small apartment building; a minimalist, open-concept, fully air-conditioned suite with a loft, simply designed for transient guests, 1 person, 4 max for those concerned with the budget. It is conceptualized as a setting for students preparing for a licensure examination or thesis writing, a place for remote workers attending seminars and training at a nearby camp and social club, and a space for travelers, patient recuperating, or a companion attending to medical patient at nearby hospitals in San Juan City and Quezon City. The initial nightly rate is for 2 guests and an extra fee of Php295.00 for each additional of up to 4 maximum. We require all reservations to be booked by the guests themselves. Only registered/declared guests are allowed on the premises. A cap on electricity, water and internet consumption is included in the nightly rate. Guest access Amenities: Three-Quarter Bathroom - bidet, shower with water heater, flush toilet with toilet seat, sink. Living area - 2-seater sofa, flat iron, 32" ironing board, 55" UHDTV with Netflix. Sleeping areas Four (4) beds are available which provide ample space for each person, allowing comfortable sleep and movement: Sleeping area 1 and 3 - 48"x75" double size bed frame with 2" foam bed, bed fittings, pillows, blankets, bath towels, room darkening shades/window roller blinds, hangers, drying rack for clothes; Sleeping area 2 and 4/Loft - 54"x75" full double size bed with 2" foam beds, bed fittings, pillows, blankets, bath towels, hangers, drying rack for clothes. Heating and cooling - four (4) 16" wall fans, 16" stand fan and a 1.5 HP split-type air-conditioning unit. Kitchenette and Dining - 10" exhaust fan, cooking basics, electric kettle, rice cooker, induction cooker, stainless steel cooking pots and pan, dining table includes tableware and wine glasses, room darkening shades/window roller blinds. Connectivity - Wi-Fi (internet provider: PLDT Fiber with up to 200 Mbps). NOT AVAILABLE FROM MARCH 2024 UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE: Parking and Facilities - Coordinated parking. FREE parking on-site. Other things to note Before booking a stay please read the following information and be guided accordingly: Accommodation at MNL LenLin is limited to "transient guests/travellers" who seek overnight or short (and often urgent!) stays, like business people who travel during the week. For room service, elevator, clothing storage (walk-in closet and the like), staycations, tenancy, condominiums or hotel stays, please check out other listings to contact hosts or providers catering such services. MNL LenLin is located on a 4-storey low-rise, small apartment building which comprises a number of units, multiple-owners, and shared car parking. Each apartment is a separate residence apart from the others and has its own front door. Entrance and exit is through a common main gate, a hallway parking garage, and a common stairway before getting in and out of each apartment. MNL LenLin is limited to a 25 sq.m. apartment on the first floor. Reminder to MNL LenLin Guests current and arriving: Tenants for the other rental units are managed by different owners. Issues and concerns regarding cleanliness, noise, etc. made by them can be directed directly to their unit owners. Our EXACT location is pinned on the online map (Aces Home West Crame is on G**gle map). MNL LenLin is at the same area with Aces Home. San Juan City is at the center of a Metropolis. MNL LenLin is covered by the Airbnb policy. No off Airbnb platform booking. In line with this, circumstances do not allow ocular visits.
