The house is fully equipped with everything you need for a delightful holiday, and boasts air conditioning in the sleeping room to keep you cool during the warmer months. Whether you're looking to relax or socialize, the terrace and spacious living and dining areas offer the perfect setting for hours of enjoyment. The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for whipping up delicious meals using fresh ingredients from the local markets. Dine inside or outside on the covered terrace, where you can savor your meals while taking in the stunning views of the surrounding landscape. With five beds, the house comfortably accommodates up to five guests, with a double bed in one bedroom and another room containing both a double and single bed. High-quality bedding and comfortable mattresses ensure a peaceful night's sleep. The bathrooms are modern and stylish, featuring all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. There are sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as a covered outdoor dining area with a barbecue, making it easy to enjoy meals outside. We're currently in the process of renovating the interior of the house, so you can look forward to a tasteful and modern kitchen, bathroom, living areas, and bedrooms from May 2024 onwards. The house is situated in the peaceful village of Gostinjac, making it an ideal base for exploring the many leisure activities that Krk island has to offer. You can easily reach several beaches within 6 to 10 minutes by car, providing endless opportunities for relaxation and adventure. The island of Krk offers plenty of activities for visitors to enjoy, from exploring the crystal-clear waters of the Ionian Sea to hiking through the rugged interior dotted with picturesque villages, olive groves, and vineyards. After a day of adventure, return to the stone house and take a refreshing dip in the private pool, surrounded by a terrace that is perfect for sunbathing, swimming, or just relaxing with a good book. Overall, this house is the perfect choice for those seeking a holiday like a second home, where you can relax and create lasting memories. Guest access You'll have full access to three floors of living space, including the serene garden and refreshing pool. The ground floor boasts a modern kitchen and a convenient bathroom/toilet. Ready to whip up a delicious meal or brew a fresh cup of coffee? You've got everything you need right at your fingertips. For a comfortable and inspiring work environment, head up to the first floor and settle into the cozy living room. With plenty of natural light and comfy seating, it's the perfect spot to tackle your to-do list or catch up on some reading. When it's time to unwind, head up to the second floor, where you'll find two peaceful bedrooms.
