The space Perched between a peaceful spruce forest and the channel leading into Kodiak’s main boat harbor, the Cliff House B&B offers front-row views of sea otters, eagles, sea lions—and sometimes even orcas and leaping salmon. We’re just minutes from downtown Kodiak, but it feels a world away. Enjoy a scenic, half-mile stroll along the water to reach shops, museums, and restaurants. Located in a quiet neighborhood, our south-facing home catches stunning ocean views, warm light, and peaceful sunrises. Open year-round, the Cliff House B&B was designed with independent travelers and families in mind. The guest space features a spacious shower, soothing skylights, and thoughtful touches throughout—including original photography and mosaics by your host, Marion. As a master organic gardener, Marion has filled the property with vibrant vegetable, herb, and flower gardens—her living palette for creating videos on her YouTube channel, The UpBeet Gardener. Guest access You’ll have full access to the house, deck, yard, and gardens. There’s also a playground and basketball court just across the street for added fun and relaxation.
