The space Kitchen: Newly renovated large fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, range cooker with 5 stovetops and 2 ovens, walk-in pantry with microwave. Coffee & espresso machine and kettle. There is also an old wood-burning stove to heat food and rooms. Living room: View of the forest and lake with 2 4-seater sofas, armchair and large table with 10 seats. Fireplace with wood-burning stove. Bedroom 1: 3 openable windows overlooking the garden and lake, all windows have blackout curtains. 2 90 cm beds that are separable with bedside tables. As well as a desk with chair. Toilet: Simple small toilet with sink. Bedroom 2: 1 openable window towards field and forest, with blackout curtain. 2 80 cm beds that are separable. Tiled stove (not fireable) Bedroom 3: 1 openable window towards field and forest, with blackout curtain. 1 180 cm bed. Fireplace tiled stove and 2 built-in wardrobes. Bedroom 4. 1 180 cm bed on wooden frame. French balcony with double doors and views of the lake. 1 smaller window overlooking the garden. There are a total of 8 permanent beds and 4 extra beds for placement as desired in the house/other bedrooms. Bathroom: Bathroom with shower, toilet, sink. There is a changing table and underfloor heating. A washing machine and dryer is available in the basement. Available parking for up to 6 cars. Car charger and patio planned to be installed in 2025 Guest access Guests have access to the entire house (except for a locked room in the basement). There is access to a gas grill and outdoor furniture and a simple outdoor kitchen at the outhouse next to the lake. Other things to note The house is located in a nature reserve, with applicable rules. Guests are responsible for cleaning upon departure. Cleaning checklist is available. Since animals are allowed at no extra cost, we ask that you instead vacuum a little extra carefully for the next guests. Utensils are in the cleaning cabinet. Cleaning can be purchased for SEK2900 Not well done cleaning charge to actual cost. Bed linens and towels are responsible for guests to bring. It is available for rent for SEK 375 per person upon request.
