Diablo, rollings hills and neighboring cities adjacent to the water, all while you relax in a huge private backyard Oasis! Amenities: fireplace, fire pit, outdoor tv, swim spa, sauna (this is a shared space. Guest have priority). The nightly rate is for 2 occupancy. The unit sleeps four comfortably, but each guest after two is an additional charge/night. The space 1 bedroom with full size bed; Sleeper sofa with queen size bed. Guest access Guests have full access to the amenities in the backyard, and a secured private entrance. The backyard space would be shared with the main dwelling. Other things to note No parties or events. Quiet and serene neighborhood - please be respectful.
