The Annexe

The annexe is a beautiful single level dwelling built in 2023. The space Ideal for couples, the annexe consists of two rooms. A double bedroom with a kingsize bed, joining ensuite with walk in shower, and a walk in wardrobe with ample hanging space. Towels and bedlinen provided. The main living space is open plan with high ceilings, relaxing lounge area with sofa and chair, smart TV and doors opening onto the garden. The kitchen is newly fitted with everything needed for the perfect stay. The kitchen comprises of a built in fridge, small hob, oven, and sink. There is a microwave, kettle, toaster and I provide coffee, a selection of teas and milk. A small dining table looking onto the garden, as well as a small bistro table outside to sit at and enjoy the British summer evenings. Other things to note The annexe is situated on the outskirts of Yeovil. A 30 minute walk to the town centre. The annexe is the perfect location for a relaxing escape to the rural country side with walks minutes from your doorstep to local beauty attractions such as the Nine Springs country park and the chocolate box village of East Coker the home of TS Eliott and the birth place of William Dampier. The annexe is located close to the A37 and A30 giving you perfect access to places such as the Jurassic coastline which is only 40 minutes away and the City of Bath which is an hour 20 minutes. Other such places that can be visited close are Weymouth, Westbay, Bridport and Lyme Regis.
