Relax at this peaceful place to stay in a 4-bedroom house in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Close to Mayport Naval Station and Atlantic Beach. Just minutes from shopping at St. John's Town Center and several local and quality restaurants to choose from as well as a well-stocked kitchen to use. Pool is relaxing and refreshing. Only myself and my husband live here, so you will have plenty of privacy. Interaction with my dog and cats will probably occur. They are very friendly. The space The house is a 2600 square foot, four bedroom, two bath. The guest bedrooms are on the opposite side of the house as the master bedroom for your privacy. The large kitchen has just about any appliance or spice that you may need during your stay. The Florida room is large and has plenty of light with a personal workout area. The pool is beautiful and relaxing. Even the fountain offers another level of calmness. There is plenty of seating and umbrellas to enjoy. You are welcome to enjoy any of the pool area after signing a liability waiver. Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy and relax in all common areas. Such as the living room with a fireplace and large screen television, the formal dining room with a large table and a sitting area with direct light and comfortable seating for reading, the kitchen which is equipped with many cooking utensils and probably anything else you might need during your stay. I have spices from all over the world that you can use. The Florida room, which is equipped with a personal workout room and plenty of lighting. And if you're lucky a kitty looking for some attention. During your stay I will welcome every guest personally but will have limited interaction after check in. I do not clean the bedroom during visits unless a long-term stay is needed, and I will hire a cleaning service. I will maintain all shared spaces. Please notify me immediately if you need anything.
