Other things to note The house shares the 10 acres with a small guest cabin. Either we or other guests may be present there during your stay. The house and the cabin are quite private from one another, separated by a garage and a latilla fence. Both buildings have designated parking areas, and the patio areas for each are completely private. The entire property (house + cabin) is sometimes available for booking (listed as another option via Erin's profile). This is a somewhat remote high desert area, with all that entails. There is plenty of wildlife around. You may hear the coyotes singing late at night and early in the morning. The last 1.5 miles of the drive are on a maintained dirt road. You typically don't need 4WD or a lifted vehicle to get here, although you may need it for other areas of Taos, and it is certainly recommended in the winter. There is currently no TV in the main house. There are games, puzzles, and plenty of reading material available. The wifi is strong enough to stream your content of choice on multiple devices.
