You'll find a bright, clean & quiet basement suite with large windows. A great location- across the street from the hospital, close to the mall and downtown and only 4 blocks from the Northern Lights Palace which has an indoor wave pool and hockey/skating rink. The curling rink is close by. One of the many playgrounds is only 1/2 block from here. The kitchen is fully stocked which makes it a great place for short or long term stays. Your suite has a private door & you only share laundry space. You have your own parking space in the front driveway and plug ins are available in the winter. I have a pack and play and toys & games for all ages on request. I live upstairs so am available when I'm there or by text if I'm not home.
