Peaceful and centrally-located ranch style home in tree lined, quiet neighborhood. Parents from around the globe love this home away from home while visiting their Elon students. This house has been recently partially renovated and fully updated with new floors, paint and appliances. The space Renovations are complete and final touches of furnishing are to be complete by 1/30/24 (pictures to follow). This includes furnishings for the king bedroom and 2 living rooms (delayed delivery which is why no photos yet). This house has 3 separate living/gathering spaces so there is plenty of room to spread out if some want to talk, others watch TV & someone just wants to sit and read/work. There is a large eat-in-kitchen with a table for 4/5 and dining table just outside the kitchen with a table for 6-8. All appliances are new as of 1/2024. All 3 bedrooms & the 2 bathrooms are separate from the living spaces and able to be closed off with a door. There is a twin sofa bed in the sunroom Parking: There is a driveway big enough to 2 cars to move at will, 3 if you don't mind being blocked in. There is plenty of street parking in front of the house. Outside Space: There is a nice sized back yard Guest access There is a WiFi door lock and you will be given a unique code. Other things to note There are no parties or large gatherings allowed unless prior authorization is given.
