“Elbwald” penthouse - With a view of the Elbe directly by the forest

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Right on the Elbe, you can work or relax. The 85 sqm apartment is located in a cul-de-sac directly on the Elbe on the 2nd floor. The forest begins 3 houses away and invites you for walks. The city of Lauenburg is only 600 meters away. Here you will find all the shops, as well as the beautiful old town with numerous restaurants. A bike path is right next to the property. The space The balcony is large and the view is unique, inviting you to linger. For cozy evenings there is a fireplace and firewood. In the cold winter months, you can enjoy a little wellness in the infrared sauna. The living room is very large, has a sofa bed (possible for 2 people) and still offers space to set up an air mattress if the apartment is to be used by more people after consultation. The new kitchenette is modern and equipped with a dishwasher. There are 2 bedrooms (one king size and one queen size bed), a bathroom and a large living, dining and cooking area. A small fridge with freezer compartment is available. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets for your comfort. The Internet has a 100 Mbit/s (download) and 50 Mbit (upload) speed and is ideally suited for working with beautiful views. The residential area is super quiet and the residents of the house also love their peace (retirees). Therefore, please be considerate and arrive by 9 pm in order to comply with the quiet hours that start at 10 pm. Due to safety precautions and requirements of the residents of the house, guests ages 12 and up are allowed. Guest access The apartment is available as shown in the pictures. Check-in and check-out can be arranged flexibly. There is an external staircase that provides access to the penthouse. At least one parking space is available in front of the door and there are numerous other free parking options on the street. Other things to note Parking is sufficiently available on the street, even for larger cars and campers. Shopping such as Lidl and Aldi are 800 m away. Rewe, Famila, Edeka and Rossmann are 1.4 km away. The Lührs bakery is 500 m away and offers a large selection of freshly baked rolls and pasta, as well as pastries. Here are some tips on what's nice in the area: An animal park with the possibility to pet and feed all animals is only 7 km (7 minutes by car) away. (Krüzen Animal Park) The city of Lüneburg can be reached by train in 20 minutes and also offers a beautiful old town and shopping opportunities. The Scharnebeck ship lift is a 25-minute drive from our property and is worth a visit. Hamburg can either be driven to by car, approx. 45 minutes depending on traffic (parking in Hamburg costs about €35 for one day) or by bus. The X80 bus stops 150 meters from the house and runs to the town hall in the city center. Tickets are available in the HVV app. The bus leaves about once an hour and the last bus from Hamburg back to Lauenburg leaves at 10:30 pm. There are numerous hiking trails in Lauenburg and the surrounding area with forest trails up to 20 km at a time. We will be happy to provide you with further information. The large outdoor pool is only 600 m from the house and the entrance fee is €5 for the whole day.
