The space We welcome you to this charming house renovated to reflect our personality with the first desire to make you have a pleasant stay. You will be charmed by the world of this house, soft and warm, combined with its quiet and peaceful environment where the noise of nature dominates. This house for 4 people (possibility 6 with two children) on one level at the edge of the Eure, includes: - An entrance with storage - A living room including: A living room with a sofa, a 137 cm TV (smart tv, Netflix). High speed WiFi access (fiber) A fully equipped kitchen (oven, cooktop, range hood, microwave, toaster, "Dolce gusto" coffee machine, kettle ...). - Two comfortable bedrooms including one with an office space making this house an ideal place for remote work. - A bathroom with Italian shower (receiver 90/160cm) and washing machine available. You'll also have: - an enclosed garden equipped with a children's play area with baby seat, - a large terrace of 30 m2 with garden furniture, - An inflatable hot tub area (July/August/September) - private secure parking under video surveillance.
