If any of the above rules are broken we will send you 2 warnings as well as the sensor flashing and sounding an alarm, if this is ignored our security team will be instructed to enter the property and remove all guests at a charge of £150 will be issued for the disturbance. Self catering means you should wash and dry all pots, pans, plates etc used Please note if any of the above rules are broken the security deposit is automatically captured.
