Cozy, quiet home with small Garden

My cozy home is located in a quiet neighbourhood with close public transport options (bus and tram less than 100m away) and parking. There is a bedroom with a 140cm double bed and a home office room with two workplaces and a comfortable sleeper couch which can sleep two. The couch in the living room also sleeps two. I also have a small garden with a porch swing. There is a little fireplace as well so you can get cozy all year round. The space As I live in this apartment and only rent it out when I'm away, you'll find it to be cozy and comfortable with all nessesary amenities for you to feel absolutely at home. Pets are welcome for a fee so please let me know in advance if you want to bring your furry friends. Guest access You can use all of the rooms and the small garden. There is a bicycle stand as well and if you let me know in advance I'll be happy to let you use my bike to enjoy the Berlin sunshine at its finest. Other things to note Within walking distance you can reach the newly renovated Mauerweg, which is a walking and cycling path that leads along where the Berlin wall used to be, between east and west Berlin. It's a great way to experience this historic site while enjoying nature and getting some fresh air. There ar multiple supermarkets and two restaurants in walking distance.
