Central but quiet location! Open fireplace with convertible sofa, underfloor heating, numerous wall cupboards, wooden desk and coffee machine. Equipped with queen size bed, natural stone bathroom with bathtub, shower and bidet, handmade clay tiles, lots of wood, Loribaft carpet. Small kitchenette with microwave, a fridge, some cutlery and crockery for heating up food, a kettle, but no cooker. Special conditions for long-term, temporary or interim rentals. Close to the PH, University, Swiss Innnovation Centre. Your pets are welcome with us, beautiful walkways along the Saane. Easy to reach on foot from the train station or the university via the pedestrian zone, very good connections to buses no. 1, 2, 6 and the A12 motorway. Guest access After booking, guests receive a link to their individual guest folder containing all the information they need for access, parking and their stay. Other things to note - If you are bringing your pet with you, there will be an additional fee. - Children are welcome - Check-out time is 10 a.m. - Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the flat. - No smoking - No open fire/candles - No parties or events - Also suitable for the elderly (elevator, handles )
