This is lovely room for the single guest with shower, basin and toilet , Smart TV, clothes hanging and shelf storage, remote controlled lighting, privacy blinds, curtains & extract ventilation as well as an opening window and balconette door. Use of shared kitchen and front door access. The property is my permanent private residence and is kept immaculate The space This is a private single room with Single Bed 1990x1070 with private shower, hand basin and WC including privacy curtains, blinds and door lock. The room includes open storage for clothes and table for working / eating . Towels are provided. Lighting is on remote control. There is another private room with its own bathroom also on the 1st floor.
