During high season, you will be welcomed and accompanied to the accommodation by our super-concierge Laurine🧑‍💼! The space The Studio consists of a large main room with new equipped kitchen (fridge with mini-freezer, dishwasher, small oven, 3-burner induction cooktop), dining area and living area (with flat-screen TV). The main bed is a Rapido sofa with a 140 cm mattress with a density of 30 kg/m3. The kitchen is equipped with a kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine and everything you need for cooking. Bathroom and toilet also completely renovated with thermostatic mixer in the shower and modern towel heater. Hallway with bunk bed and storage closet. To enjoy the view, balcony with table and chairs. South/South-West facing. Space reserved for the condominium to park your vehicle. Other things to note Check-in to the listing is as follows: - During peak season (mid-December to mid-April and July and August), our on-site concierge, Laurine, will welcome you upon arrival and departure. - During other times of the year, check-in is via a secure key box.
