An EDEKA supermarket is located directly across the street and makes it easy to do everyday shopping. The room is fully furnished and has a bed, a closet and a desk. The shared kitchen is equipped with dishes, cooking utensils, a refrigerator, stove, microwave and kettle. The shared apartment has a lovely garden area directly on Gerhardsplatz with green spaces, a ping-pong table, a soccer field and a playground. Here you can relax and enjoy the pleasant surroundings. The kitchen, bathroom and hallway are shared. Regular cleaning of the common areas (kitchen and bathroom) is handled by the landlord. We attach great importance to a quiet, respectful and orderly coexistence as well as to the privacy of all residents.
