A pretty two-bedroom cottage in North Devon, perfect for couples, friends and small families due to the first bedroom leading to the second. Braefoot cottage comprises of an open living space divided into a comfy lounge, dining area and a well-equipped kitchen. Upstairs, guests have direct access to the car park, two bedrooms (twin and a double) and a bathroom. Outside, there is a shared courtyard and over 4 acres of grounds to enjoy. The space Braefoot Cottage is a cosy countryside cottage offering couples, friends and families a bright and spacious open plan living space and two bedrooms. The open plan space includes a lounge area featuring leather sofas, a TV with Freeview and a DVD player, separate dining area and a well-equipped kitchen. Appliances include electric oven with hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave and a dishwasher. Upstairs, guests have direct access to the car parking behind the cottage. There is a twin bedroom, which directly leads into a double bedroom with lovely countryside views. These are both serviced by a family bathroom that has a bath with a shower overhead. Guest access Guests access Braefoot Cottage from its own private entrance at the end of shared the courtyard. Guests are welcome to use this shared courtyard, where outdoor chairs and tables have been provided. There are also 4 and 1/2 acres of grounds to explore and roam, where there is plenty of grassed area and a children's play area provided for children to play safely. Guests are welcome to use the two lakes for fishing, which ware well-stocked with carp, rudd and tench. There is no extra charge for fishing and no restrictions on when fishing is allowed. Guests must remember to bring their own rods and bait (licenses are required).
