With 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, our large and private countryside rental has everything you need for a relaxing vacation with family and friends. Enjoy the spacious outdoors playing lawn games, having a campfire or relaxing on the deck. Spend your time indoors in our cozy, open concept living area or playing pool or ping pong in the game room. The space You'll be blown away by the views of the mighty Hillsborough River, from almost every room in the house. The main level layout is perfect for any group of people, an office desk is located in a private part of the house, and the lower level is literally all fun and games! Guest access You are welcome to enjoy the whole house, with exception of the locked utility room, located on the lower level. Other things to note Due to the long country lane, at the end of which The Riverhouse is located, there can be some challenges with access / departure during winter storms, and on particularly wet Spring days, naturally. You'll never be left without options / assistance, though. We always have someone no more than a few minutes away that is able to help in the event of difficulties with access / departure.
