Respect the neighbors and do not make noise after 10 p.m. If there is more than one complaint, you will be subject to a fine. - Maximum of 6 people per stay. Guest access In addition to the entire penthouse (including the private outdoor area with the barbecue and shower), it is possible to use the building's game room until 10 p.m. (Photo in the ad). There is another barbecue on the ground floor, next to the Game Room, but it is necessary to book it for a fee. Other things to note You can pick up the key with me (São Paulo/SP in the Brooklin neighborhood), and we can make an appointment very early for you to enjoy the day! =) The keys can also be picked up in front of the building with the girl who cleans the apartment in Guarujá, but with a time to be agreed upon (Send me a message to arrange it along with her availability). If you picked up the key in São Paulo/SP with me, please leave it back at the entrance of my building at the end of your trip. If you picked up the keys directly in Guarujá/SP, the key exchange is Drop-In. After you finish your stay, leave the key in the box that will be in front of the apartment's entrance door, in front of the elevator.
