We are proud to list our second property, 'The Nest’. A brick built detached cottage with rustic modern farmhouse design a comfortable home from home experience, ideal for romantic getaways. Our luxury accommodation features cosy open plan lounge/dining area with feature brick walls with French doors leading to a private walled patio area with luxury state of the art 6-seater hot tub for your sole use, fully fitted kitchen, luxurious bathroom, elegant, panelled bedroom with king sized bed. The space We also have another luxury 1 bed detached cottage with hot tub The Snug . Both Cottages have availability in March and beyond in 2026 for your luxury Hot Tub stay. The lounge area is cosy with feature brick wall, comfortable ‘L’ shaped sofa, mid-century chair, free-standing lamp ideal for relaxing and reading, Smart TV and Wi-Fi. Curtains at the French Doors are William Morris Strawberry Thief design. The kitchen/dining area is complete with breakfast bar and 4 stools, built in oven and microwave, 2 drawer air fryer, hob, extractor fan, kettle, cafetiere, 4-sliced toaster, integrated dishwasher, fridge, freezer and washing machine. The tiled bathroom showcases a distinctive free-standing bath, walk in power rain shower, double vanity unit with feature mirror and lights and WC. We provide luxury hotel quality towels. Our elegant panelled bedroom has a sumptuous king sized bed with Fogarty duck feather and down quilt, Egyptian cotton bed linen and Appletree Elysia luxury woven jacquard throw and pillow cases, bed side cabinets with bedside lights, triple door wardrobe incorporating full length mirror, dressing table, vanity mirror and boudoir stool and chair. The Nest is suitable for infants 1 year and under due to it not being adapted for toddlers. A cot and one set of cot bedding can be provided on request. Facilities include Russell Hobs steam iron and pull out ironing board, Smart TV, Wi Fi, USB charging points, cutlery, crockery, utensils, hair dryer, hair straighteners, tea towels, bath towels and bedding. We have tried to think of everything that you will need to make your stay special. The walled private outside patio area accessed via French doors from the lounge/dining room provides you with exclusive use of comfortable patio furniture and brand new state of the art luxury 6-seater hot tub with no curfew times of use. You have all the facilities to cook yourselves or eat out at various local village pubs or restaurants in Stamford Bridge or Pocklington, five minutes away or venture into York where a vast array of eateries are available. December 2026 we have installed a 7.5kw type 2 connector Electric Vehicle Charger in our private guest only car park (charged per KW payable to host's) We thoroughly clean and sanitise the whole building to Airbnb 5 star standard between stays. Guest access The whole detached cottage and private patio area is exclusively available to you. We like to personally meet and greet all our guests. Check in from 4pm and Check out by 11am. The accommodation is all on one level and disabled friendly. Our private car park is solely for guests and is accessed via our private driveway.
