Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. It is a rustic, spacious, sunny, quiet house in Náquera, half-mountain, near the city of Valencia (30 km) and the beach (25 km) swimming pool, garden, parking, in the town's leisure area and next to the bus stop. Very clean and cozy, the person who looks after the house lives there. Smoking inside the house is not allowed, nor are illegal substances. It's 2 people per room + cot for children. The space There are rooms with a private bathroom and others with a shared bathroom. Guest access You can use: living room, dining room, kitchen, terrace, bathroom, garden, pool, parking. Laundry service: 8 euros. During your stay In the house, Spanish and Russian are spoken if the owner is there. We communicate in other languages without a problem through the telephone translators. Other things to note You're going to book a rustic house in a mid-mountain village, close to very nice places. Look at the photos, look at the location, read the characteristics of the house before booking it, the people who live there are normal, happy and without drama. For the price you pay, don't criticize. We want guests who smile, say hello, and want to keep a nice memory, who take care of my house and enjoy it. If you book a room for 2 people, don't be 3. If you are going to book a room with a shared bathroom, take care of it and be polite. The important thing is that it is functional and very clean. Do not criticize if it is renovated or not to your liking because you are booking in a personal home, not in a hotel, and our economy is limited. What we have in abundance is kindness, good treatment, gentleness, education and the desire to do everything possible so that our guests rest well and feel that it was worth booking with us. If you don't see the room as it appears in the photo, it's because in summer we move some beds closer to the window. The rooms already have air conditioning, use it as if it were yours. We'd appreciate it. If you bring your pet, make sure it doesn't climb on any furniture and that it goes outside to relieve itself. You should never let your pet enter the kitchen.
