Cozy spot in Sao Paulo

I'm renting the house's guestroom! It comes with a twin size bed, enough for one person. Clean sheets, blanket and a pillow are provided :) You have a private bathroom, and shared areas are the kitchen and the living room. Nearby you can find supermarkets, a bakery, bus stops that can take you downtown or to the nearby subway station, Butanta. The university of Sao Paulo is within walking distance. The neighborhood is not the best in terms of safety, but not the worst either.
