Characteristic house, which was built in 1651 as an inn/town hall for the hamlet of Zouteveen, where marriages were concluded and births were indicated, but also justice was administered. In 1740, a cowshed and pigsty were added, after which it became a farm until 1960. This pearl is now a national monument and is located on the waterfront. The cities of Delft, The Hague, Vlaardingen and Rotterdam can be seen on the horizon. Here you will find peace, space and romance, but also luxury and comfort. The space In the room, where justice used to be administered, there is now a cozy living room with an upstairs room with a sitting area. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances, such as a gas stove, a microwave, a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer drawer and a Quooker. Of course, there is WiFi everywhere. In the former cow barn, three spacious double bedrooms and a quadruple bedroom with two separate sleeping areas have been created. All have their own luxurious bathroom. Three bathrooms have both a bathtub and separate shower, double sink and toilet. The rooms on the upper floor have air conditioning. There is a beautiful garden with spacious outdoor terrace with various seating areas and a covered outdoor kitchen with lounge area. Guests can use the canoes for free. Guest access All described spaces are freely accessible. The owner lives in the back part of the farm. The private area and the guest area are separated by lockable doors. Other things to note The property is carefully decorated and guests are expected to handle the items carefully and with respect and to comply with the house rules. It's not a party venue.
