Ye Olde Saddlery - Stable 2

We’re pleased to welcome guests to our charming period B&B on the Norfolk Broads with homemade cake, fresh coffee, followed by a wonderful home-cooked breakfast in the morning. Our room has a kingsize bed, painted wooden furniture, smart TV & DVD player, hairdryer, tea & coffee making facilities, luxury toiletries, 100% Egyptian cotton towels, Laura Ashley bedding, feather pillows & duvet, en-suite with a shower over the bath. Please note this room has low ceilings. The space The building itself was previously an old working Saddlery. In its past life it was a popular village restaurant and now lends itself beautifully to a B&B. It's a character building with cottage-style doors, and has a very cosy feel to it. We're situated in the heart of the village which makes it a great people-watching spot. Guest access Guests have access to the dining room, a lounge/reading room (shared between the three letting rooms), a downstairs loo and private en-suite facilities. Please note all rooms are on the 1st floor. During your stay We'll be here to check you in, serve breakfast and to say goodbye when you checkout. Aside from that, we'll generally leave you to it - however you'll have a contact number for us should you need us, and we're more than happy to be available more should you need us, and happy to help out with any recommendations! Other things to note In our rooms you'll find Yorkshire tea, fresh coffee bags and hot chocolate. You'll find fresh milk in the fridge in the reading room, and we stock de-caf tea & coffee, please ask. We stock fig & vanilla toiletries which we absolutely love. If you love them too, let us know as we also retail them so you can take some home with you! Please note we share our home with our Cockapoo (Larry) - we do ask him to stay downstairs. He is very friendly and if you give him a fuss you'll have a best friend for life.
