Enjoy a super pool, game room, sports courts and intimate contact with nature! The space The apartment is always well organized and cleaned prior to your stay. Upon entering, you will come across a beautiful living room with a dining table, sofa bed and TV. Connected to the living room, there is a well-equipped kitchen, with the basic products needed to prepare meals, as well as a blender, coffee maker and sandwich maker. On the balcony, you will be dazzled by a wonderful view of the river and resort infrastructure, as well as an excellent space to enjoy a good barbecue with your family, to the sounds of nature. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and there is a fan available for those who prefer it. The master bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed, wardrobe, closet and blackout curtain for your comfort. The second bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a trundle bed. The 2 bathrooms are rigorously cleaned and replenished between each stay and feature an electric shower with hot water. Guest access Access to the apartment is through the entrance of the condominium itself, after checking in with the staff and picking up the key. At the condominium, you can park your vehicle in an exclusive parking space in front of the building and/or in common parking spaces for visitors. Finally, you will have access to the entire Resort structure, including a super pool, with a wet bar and tables with umbrellas, a restaurant with affordable prices and good food, a game room with a pool table, table tennis, foosball and chess, a children's playground, volleyball, soccer, basketball and tennis courts, and the beautiful lakes and nature. The condominium is close to famous northeastern beaches, such as Praia do Saco, Praia de Mangue Seco and Praia do Abaís, in addition to Lagoa dos Tambaquis. Other things to note Your pet is welcome here, but we ask that the guest bring the food and water bowls, as well as take special care to preserve the good condition of our apartment so that we can continue to offer an excellent stay experience for others.
