The swimming pool is not heated but has a perimeter fence. The space Our accommodation can sleep up to 11 guests, including the sofa bed in bedroom #4 (which is quite comfortable). Ground floor: - An entrance hall leading to a large dining room, kitchen, living room, bedroom #4 (renovated in 2022 with a 140cm sofa bed), and a toilet. - Bedroom #2, located off the dining room, with a 140cm bed. - Bedroom #6, adjacent to the living room, with a 160cm fold-down bed (installed in 2025). Access from Paris : by highway, exit Durtal or Seiche-sur-Loir - Allow 300 km or 3 hours or by train (Angers Saint-Laud Station) Rennes, Nantes are about 1 hour away by car La Baule or Pornic is approximately 1h45 away for access to the sea by car Other things to note With no immediate neighbors (approximately 400m), the accommodation is located 1 km from the village center, which has a small supermarket (bread, tobacco, etc.) run by Cathy, and 6 km from a Super U supermarket. You will be situated in the Haut-Anjou region, 20 km from Angers, the top city in France for quality of life. Whether on foot, by bike, or even on the water, the Haut-Anjou Valleys offer numerous hiking trails and walks to enjoy alone, with family, or with friends. Within 10 km, you have access to the Mayenne and Sarthe departments and charming villages such as Grez-Neuville, Le Lion d'Angers, Chambellay, etc. Perched atop its moat, the Château de Plessis-Bourré, 6 km away, a fortress and fairytale castle, is one of the Loire Valley châteaux worth visiting. For golf enthusiasts, the Champigné course, 5 km away, is an ideal place to combine relaxation and sport.
