The beautifully restored, detached Coach House has everything you need for the ideal long or short break. The space The ground floor consists of a large lounge area with 2 comfy sofas, Smart TV, WiFi and dining area. It also has games and books available for guests. A step up takes you to the small but fully fitted kitchen with an electric cooker, extractor fan, microwave and toaster. There is also a tea and coffee corner with a kettle and Nespresso coffee maker. Upstairs there is a small landing and then a door into the large bedroom with dressing table and cupboard for hanging clothes. The ensuite Shower is equipped with complementary shower creams and soaps. The views from the bedroom window are over Springbank's fields. Guest access The Coach House is approached down a country lane with a shared driveway to the owners property. There is a dedicated parking area next to the Coach House. Catsfield village is a 2 minute drive away where there is a local shop, post office and pub. Walkers can join the 1066 walk from here or start from The Coach House. Battle is a 6 minute drive away with Battle Abbey and lovely independent shops and cafes. Bexhill on Sea is an 8 minute drive away which is lovely quaint seaside town with a pleasant promenade. The De La Warr Theatre has a fantastic cafe overlooking the sea and offers a wide range of shows. Other things to note A complementary welcome pack of Springbank free range eggs, milk, bread, tea and coffee are provided. Guests could arrange their own Tesco or Ocado delivery for when they have arrived. There is a strict no smoking or vaping inside The Coach House. Springbank is a small holding with sheep and chickens. There are also 2 friendly dogs and a cat who will not bother you but if you wish to have a cuddle this can be arranged. If you would like to spend time relaxing outside in the orchard, seating and a fire pit with logs can be requested - (May to September).
