EDGEWATER BEACH CHECK-IN POLICY & HOUSE RULES: This is an agreement between Host & Guests regarding the Check-in policy and House rules: • Check-in time is after 4 PM (unless otherwise agreed up). • Check-out time is 10 AM. Our goal is to fully clean the home the day that you leave. That requires plenty of time to ensure proper cleaning for the next guest. On this account, we ask that you kindly respect our check-out time of 10 AM sharp (unless otherwise agreed upon). You will be given a Code for the Electronic Front Door lock. This code will be valid for your entire stay ONLY. It will be enabled on the day of arrival & disabled at the end of your agreed-upon stay. Please take the following steps to obtain a Door Code: 1. Please read and AGREE to the House Rules. This ensures the safety and smooth process of your booking. 2. Please provide a total headcount, including children. Do remember that our maximum is 6 persons (unless otherwise agreed upon). 3. Please ensure that you are "ID VERIFIED" with AirBNB. Please call AirBNB or follow the steps on its website on becoming ‘AirBNB ID verified. Please do not wait until last minute to complete this process as this might take a couple days to become verified. If you are not ID verified by AirBNB, then you will need to submit a headcount of the total number of guests at least 24 hours prior to arrival PLUS valid IDs for EACH Adult in your party (using the AirBNB platform). NO DOOR CODE WILL BE PROVIDED WITHOUT PROPER IDENTIFICATION. TO OPEN FRONT DOOR: Gently PULL the handle towards you. Enter the provided Door Code and wait for it to finish unlocking, then push to open. If there are any problems, please call or TEXT. You may also press the Ring Door Bell to talk to someone immediately. I will be able to talk to you this way also. If arriving early, you may also be greeted by the housekeeper, in person. TO CLOSE FRONT DOOR: Simple press the 'REAGLE' button upon leaving each time. TO OPEN & TO CLOSE BACK DOORS: Pull UPWARDS on the handle of the door & turn the latch (Deadbolt) in the desired direction. There shall be ABSOLUTELY NO PETS allowed. There shall be ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of marijuana, cigarettes, vaping, or anything of that nature on this property. You will be asked to leave should there be a violation of these House Rules. You agree to swimming at your own risk in the lake, and that agreeing to our House Rules represents a waiver of liability for doing so. Per Local Ordinance, QUIET TIME is between 10 PM & 7 AM. There shall be NO FIRECRACKERS. Family Bon-fires are allowed in the bonfire pit on the beach ONLY if weather conditions allow. Please bring firewood & please put out the fire before calling it a night. Grilling with family members on the deck is allowed. Propane Refills may be had at Citgo Gas station 7 minutes away. There shall be no crossing over the property line. We love and respect our neighbors and expect our guests to do the same. Inviting “friends” over for a party is NOT allowed. Parties come with a fee & prior arrangements are required. We must also respect CDC requirements of social distancing as much as possible. Maximum Occupancy is six (6). No campers or tents are allowed in our yard for “additional” guests. There shall be no sleeping on the couches. Couches are leather and may easily tear. If you broke it, you bought it. You will be responsible for any damaged or missing items and a report sent to Airbnb (as well as the local authorities if necessary). I do write reviews and I do put a lot of effort into ensuring that you receive the best and is the happiest guests in town!
