A stones throw away from the Cathedral Basilica of St. John the Baptist, and steps to rooftop bars and fine dining, you'll love being in this desirable neighborhood! Guests enter into the shared common area, but have a private entrance into their living space. Stepping right inside, into the sitting room you'll be greeted by tall ceilings, and ornate details that date back to the 1800's. Guests will have an ample amount of comfortable seating, where they can unwind after a long day and catch up on their favorite shows. Tucked to the side, a charming and intimate bistro table is the perfect space for a morning cup of coffee or a home cooked meal. Just beyond the living room, that can be closed off with Historic pocket doors, the bedroom overlooks beautiful Oglethorpe Square, where It's common to hear the clip-clop of horse-drawn carriages throughout the day! Boasting with natural light, fitted with a king size bed, you'll be head over heels for this space. Guests can also find a large desk, which is great for those who need to work from home. At the back of the apartment, a quaint bedroom with a twin size day bed can be found, which is great for visitors! Making your way down the hall, you'll find the fully equipped kitchen that has everything you'd need to prepare a home cooked meal or store leftovers from one of Savannah's incredible eateries! The full bath is across the hall and features a spacious shower and pedestal sink. Outback, a surprise awaits; guests will have access to a spacious, brick paved (shared) courtyard. This space is great for relaxing after a long day with a glass of wine, or catching up with friends over a meal or game of cards at the table for four. What is parking like for this home? Parking for this home is on-street and metered, with enforcement by the City of Savannah Monday through Saturday, 8am to 8pm. Guests may conveniently pay using the ParkSavannah app, feed the meter or parking kiosks directly, or utilize a nearby public parking garage. Pre-paid visitor parking passes are available for purchase at the Parking and Mobility Services office. Please take note of posted Sweep Zone signs when parking on the street. Sleeping Configurations: Bedroom 1: King Size Bed Bedroom 2: Twin Day Bed We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. There is a $250 pet fee (non-refundable) with a 35 lb. maximum weight limit per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation. Some homes may allow larger dogs, please inquire for more information. Other things to note AGE RESTRICTION: All renters must be over the age of 25, unless it is a child accompanied by a parent. If a guest is found to have falsified their reservation in any way we reserve the right to evict the guest, cancel their reservation and retain ALL DEPOSITS PAID TO THAT POINT.
