The space The apartment is on the 4th floor /has an elevator/, fully furnished with Wifi and 2 balconies, and includes: - a living area with 50” flat screen TV, local IPTV, sofa (3 seaters, bed sofa), and local handmade carpet; - spacious two bedroom with balconies include queen size bed, twin bed (120x190cm) and wardrobes, outdoor table and chairs; - a well-equipped kitchen and dining area with refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee pot, and everything you need for cooking; - a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet with bidet; - a fully automatic washing machine, drying rack, ironing board, and iron; - hair dryer; - amenities, such as towels, linens, toiletries, and tea coffee; We offer reliable airport pick up and drop offs at your request. The one-way fee for 2 people from/to the airport is 25USD, and for up to 3 people is 35USD. Guest access The place is all yours and make you feel at home. Other things to note 1. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. Please use the balcony. 2. Local IPTV Univision is HDMI1. 3. Sometimes, there is a hot water shortage in Ulaanbaatar due to maintenance, which is common. You can use the boiler only in case of hot water absence.
