Other things to note The apartment is located on first floor and is lovely, spacious and bright. The whole apartment is yours to use with no shared amenities inside. Through the front door, you walk into the open planned living and kitchen area. The kitchen is the heart of the apartment and is modern and functional with gas cooking and a dishwasher, huge pantry coffee machine, and large fridge/freezer. It has all the basics down to the wine glasses! you will find items such as tea, coffee. We do also provide additional extra essentials to get you started. All the consumable items provided e.g. toilet paper, shampoo, washing up liquid etc is there to get you started for your stay, however the items are not replenished throughout your stay. The living area has a TV with free to air channels. The living room flows out to the large, private balcony, with comfortable outdoor furniture to lounge on and overlook the beautiful pool area & tropical gardens below. Smoking & vaping is strictly prohibited inside and on the balcony. There are three bedrooms within the apartment, two with a comfortable queen bed, ceiling fans and air conditioning one with two singles. This provides bedding for six guests in total. A bath towel is also provided for each booked guest. Strictly no pets allowed by order of the Body Corporate & onsite manager.
