This gorgeous 3-story standalone home is located in the heart of the Hampton Beach entertainment district and is just steps from the beach. Very spacious and comfortable, this home is perfect for a multi-family getaway, offering plenty of privacy and 3 full bathrooms. 5 bedrooms containing a total of 7 beds provide many options for sleeping arrangements. The space Large, spacious open living, kitchen and dining area. First floor has a full bathroom with shower and one bedroom that contains two twin beds. At the top of the stairs on the second floor you will find the laundry area with a full-size washer and dryer. A full bathroom with shower is next to the laundry area. There are three bedrooms on the second floor. Two of them have queen beds and the primary bedroom contains a king. The primary bedroom also has a large walk-in closet that leads to the primary bathroom which features a separate tub and shower. The third floor is a large room with a queen bed and a twin bed. The front patio has comfortable furniture for guests to lounge on and watch all the action on J Street. We are located right next to McGuirk's Restaurant, so you can listen to the live music right from the house! They keep the party going until around midnight on Fridays and Saturdays. Great place for a meal, breakfast, lunch and dinner! The backyard is fenced in, and we are pet friendly. The yard is shared with guests in 8 J Street which is located behind the house. Feel free to use the gas grill. Two vehicles are permitted in the 10 J driveway. One in front of the other. The third space is a loading/unloading zone for 8 J guests and must be left open. 10 J Street is just steps to the ocean and everything Hampton Beach has to offer. Just park and walk everywhere! Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, the backyard, driveway and front porch. Other things to note 10 J Street is located in the heart of the Hampton Beach entertainment district, and it can be noisy at times. We have found that if you close the windows and use the air conditioners at night, most sounds are eliminated.
