The Edwardian house is our family home and ideal for groups, couples, or families. It comes fully equipped with all amenities required for an enjoyable stay. The space The property has recently been renovated with high quality furnishings and everything you would need for a comfortable stay, plus a 40-foot garden with magical evening lighting. Located between Wandsworth and Clapham Commons, there is plenty of outdoor space to explore nearby, including an abundance of local shops, restaurants, bars, and cafes on the local high street only 10 minutes’ walk away. The house is a short walk from Clapham South Tube Station or Clapham Junction National Rail Station, and it is surrounded by London bus routes. On street parking is always available and we can organise a parking permit for the duration of your stay at an additional cost if required – please message directly to arrange. Split over three floors, the house offers a generous amount of living space throughout with surround sound Sonos speakers and WI-FI available for use in all rooms. On the ground floor you will find an open plan living space with state-of-the-art kitchen, 8-seater dining table, and a cosy lounge. On the first floor is a bathroom, one single room, one room with toddler bed or cot, plus a super king bedroom that includes a Peloton bike should you wish to bring your cycling shoes. On the second floor you will find a bathroom, king size bedroom, and a separate TV room that you can cosy up in whilst watching your favourite movies. Please note that we also have a spare double mattress and bedding in storage that we can provide for the floor in the single or king size room if required – please message directly to arrange. Finally, the house also offers a large garden with seating area, evening lighting, gas BBQ, pizza oven, and a dart board if you fancy a game! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house. Keys will be located in a lockbox, with detailed access instructions to follow. Other things to note Please note that the house will be professionally cleaned before and after your stay. Please treat the home with the respect that you would treat your own, we dedicate a lot of time and care to it, so please respect the rules, the space, and the lovely neighbours.
