With your own access and guaranteed privacy we offer our self-contained apartment to you, hoping you will create beautiful memories of you trip to Hobart. There's a bus stop 200m away and a ferry service takes you from Bellerive (8 mins drive away) to the city. A fully equipped kitchen, snuggly beds and washing machine makes this a home away from home. The space Two spacious bedrooms offer a queen and 2 singles with plenty of room for foldout cot/bed if there's a little person. Plenty of wardrobe space in both bedrooms for you to unpack and make yourselves at home. The storeroom can hold your suitcases and has a vacuum, mop clothes airer, iron and ironing board. Plenty of spare linen and blankets are available. An oak dining table nestles under the stairs and can be easily moved in and out to provide family seating for those delicious meals you whip up in the fully equipped kitchen. Theres a washing machine and clothes airer for drying. A picnic basket in the pantry with kitchen staples like oil, sugar, sauce, herbs, rice. Air-conditioning provides winter warmth and summer cooling plus a couple of portable heaters to make winters even cosier. All beds have an electric blanket and extra throws for those who love to snuggle. The deck, with its live canopy of jasmine, and stairs are a great place to sit and play. Guest access Access to the apartment is via the driveway and down the 18 timber stairs which has security/sensor lighting. A private patio area provides outdoor seating with glimpses of the Derwent River. Other things to note All spaces are yours to enjoy, nothing shared except the driveway. If you see some vegies, berries or herbs in the staired vegie garden, please help yourselves! Our space is beyond the gate at the top of the stairs. Table and chairs are set up on your own private patio which gives you the best river glimpses after the autumn leaves have fallen.
