Itapira's Farm - a whole farm just for you!

Ample space and the entire house for yourself! The pool is the highlight, close to the barbecue area to keep everyone connected. The farmhouse is located in the rural area of Itapira, just 15 minutes from the city center, and the access is all paved. You're gonna love my place because it's a century-old mansion, the main house of a coffee plantation that is part of Itapira's history. The accommodations are cozy and spacious. The peace and nature of the farm will win you over! The space Our space is a centuries-old farm, purchased by my Italian ancestors after the 1929 crisis from a traditional coffee-producing Colonel in the region, and it has remained in the family until today. The Farm is a place full of stories and memories, holding great sentimental value for us. That's why we enjoy sharing it with people who know how to appreciate nature in a respectful way! Access is all paved and easy to find. Our location is surrounded by lush trees, lakes, and abundant natural beauty. In addition, we have a swimming pool, a ping-pong table, foosball, a soccer field, and for those who are into biking, they can venture into the famous circuits of the region! Guest access Guests have access to the entire rural property. However, in order to walk through the forest and pastures, it is necessary to wear long pants and closed-toe shoes, preferably boots or high-top shoes. We are surrounded by nature, so there is a possibility of encountering wild animals. Other things to note The main house features spacious living rooms, balconies, a game room, and a large covered outdoor area next to the barbecue grill and the swimming pool. There are four ensuite bedrooms on the ground floor that can accommodate 11 people, plus three additional bedrooms on the upper floor. Two of the upper floor bedrooms are quite large and can sleep 9 people, sharing two bathrooms. In the outdoor area, we have two bathrooms conveniently located near the pool. Currently, we do not provide bed linen, towels, or blankets (only pillows), so it is necessary to bring your own if you plan to use them. Drinking water: We have a 20L water dispenser. We provide one gallon as a courtesy and have more available for purchase.
