Other things to note Our space consists of 3 houses: the headquarters, the chalet and the charming Vila Juliana. When renting the yellow houses, the entire space is exclusive to your group. The headquarters has 3 bedrooms (1 en-suite); kitchen, 1 bathroom, large living room with TV, video games and connected to our gourmet space. The chalet has 2 en-suites; At Villa Juliana, we have 4 en-suites, a pool table, a sauna and a barrel of cachaça. We guarantee the first dose of courtesy and welcome! We have Wi-Fi, with a very good signal! If you want to work with a wonderful view, this is the place! If you want to buy firewood for the indoor and outdoor fireplaces and for the pizza oven, you can contact me (Juliana) or our caretaker. - For the safety and privacy of guests, we have cameras only in the OUTER space of the house and they are directly linked to a private security company. The best access to get here is via BR-040, the federal highway that connects Rio de Janeiro to Belo Horizonte. You enter Paraíba do Sul and in 20 minutes you will be here!
