In order to facilitate your stay and provide greater comfort to tenants, here is some important information, where most of it is provided for in the Agreement, Internal Regulations or decisions of the Condominium's General Meetings: 1. Garbage collection takes place every day at 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Leave the trash in closed bags in front of the house, around 10 minutes before the scheduled collection times; 2. The house has: -Living room: SMART TV, Wi-Fi, fan and humidifier; (if you are using NETFLIX, use user 04, if you prefer, log in with your username and password); -Bedroom 1: double bed, air-conditioning, TV; -Bedroom 2: double bed, bunk bed, air-conditioning, TV; -02 bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, hairdryer -Kitchen: refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, blender, coffee maker, sandwich maker, electric oven, iron, Soft water dispenser, -Kitchen items: plates, glasses, cups, pots in the kitchen cabinets; cutlery in the first drawer of the cabinet below the external sink. The appliances are in the cabinet across from the stove. The house accommodates 6 people; 4. According to the condominium's bylaws, there is a maximum limit of 8 (eight) people in the house during the lease, and it is mandatory to provide the names and ID for registration with the Condominium administration; 5. The entry of guests and service providers must be previously notified to the host for registration with the Condominium administration, and it is mandatory to provide the name and identity number (RG); 6. No parties or events are allowed in the rental; 7. As a rule, towels will NOT be changed during the stay, guests are not allowed to remove bath towels from the house, namely for the beach/pool. Please do not use the towels to remove makeup or sunscreen, as such uses may stain; 8. To avoid major problems, it is forbidden to dispose of toilet paper, diapers and sanitary pads in the toilets; 9. Two parking spaces are available at the door of the house, and parking is not allowed in other areas. (No parking spaces are available for visitors at the rental); 10. Most streets are one-way, and it is not allowed to travel in the opposite direction to the signs, under penalty of being fined; 11. Every day, the gardener will have access to the outdoor area of the house to water the plants. If you don't want to, just let me know; 12. No pets; 13. Due to the proximity of the houses, loud noise is not allowed and after 10 p.m. silence is mandatory; 14. Automotive sound is not allowed; 15. The use of the swimming pools is allowed every day until 8 p.m., except on Mondays, the day for the maintenance of the swimming pools and equipment; 16. In the club in the pool area, there is a restaurant/bar, which serves snacks, drinks and meals (open on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays); 17. It is not allowed to bring drinks and food for consumption at the Club, nor is it allowed to taste and drink in the pool areas; 18. For the use of the Fitness Center, a prior appointment and identification of the user in the book located at the entrance of the dependency must be made. The Gym is available from 06:00 a.m. to 08:00 p.m., and the use of sneakers is mandatory. There is also a limit of users at a time; 19. There is a side entrance to the Club to access the river/sea beach; at the exit, the guard will provide a bracelet for identification. This Gate remains open from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Before 7 a.m. and after 6 p.m. or if the user loses the bracelet, access to the Condominium must be solely through the main Gate, which is open 24 hours a day; 20.
