FYI; Construction next door is going, nearly complete but still noise, dust & workers. GuaGua (the caves) is an eco focused villa. The space Private entrance with locked gate option, parking for bikes. Downstairs consists of a bathroom /laundry with toilet, shower, sink and your own washing machine. Lounge room which consists of built in couch indoor gardens and palm tree. These opens up directly into the pool. Full kitchen with oven and custom full stone kitchen island. Outside dining table under gazebo, with power plug source so can be used also as a desk. Upstairs is a Large mezzanine bedroom with custom stone bed, rice fields views, floor length mirror and a hidden bath with sink and vanity. Guest access Whole villa. Including front are for parking bikes that has a lockable gate. Downstairs consist of a full bathroom/ laundry with toilet, shower, basin and washing machine. A kitchen and built in couch adorned with the inside gardens overlooking the pool. Upstairs is a large bedroom with views over the rice field. A hidden bath, a second basin, full length mirror and a full wardrobe . Air conditioning on both levels & WiFi throughout. Other things to note The construction next door is almost finished however the works are still on. We are in the middle of rice fields, we get mosquitoes, bugs and all sorts of random animals come and go. It is out of our control, we are a very clean well kept villa but cannot control the nature around us. We are not Canggu we are a quiet upcoming town surrounded in rice fields. Our pool is designed to look like a pond, the concrete it’s built in is yellow. As the construction next door continues dust goes into the pool this cannot be helped. We know our villa is beautiful but if you don’t like nature and all things that come with it - please think again if it’s for you.
