Duplex en Rental

I am renting two floors of my house, it comes to be practically a duplex, which would span the second and third floors, the second floor has a kitchen, a spacious space for a dining room, star tv and a guest bathroom. On the third floor we have a room with a separate bathroom, and ample space for a living room or so that it can be used in the most convenient way. It has a separate entrance to the first floor that would be up the stairs. I hope you like it.
