The space Not too big, not too small - just right. Featuring additional space for a coffee table/work area, Medium rooms are best for couples or working professionals. Medium room comes with a private ensuite bathroom and basic amenities. Guest access Your own private bedroom space, with ensuite bathroom and kitchenette. Guests are welcome to use The Cafeteria (communal kitchen and lounge area), The Canteen (communal kitchens) The Launderette (with coin-operating washing and drying facilities), the Plunge Pool, Wellness Studio, and The Terrace. This property comes with an indoor & outdoor garden co-working spaces, complimentary access for all in-house guest, with the free-flow of coffee and tea 24/7, on us! Other things to note Accessibility and convenience are paramount at Habyt Cantonment (Formerly Hmlet Cantonment). Strategically located near Singapore's coolest districts, Tanjong Pagar and Chinatown, the surrounding neighborhood offers myriad dining opportunities, cultural attractions and nightlife options. Executives looking to live near work can get to the CBD in minutes via public transport, with the nearest bus stop just 200m away and Tanjong Pagar MRT or Outram Park MRT a 9-minute stroll from our doorstep. Popular tourist spots such as Marina Bay Sands, Orchard Road and Sentosa Island are all reachable with a 10-minute drive. Terms and Conditions for Pets: • Do send us a message about having your pet in the room and seek our approval before you confirm the booking. Failing to do so before confirming a pet-stay booking may resulted in booking cancellation with a penalty fee. • Only small pets that weigh less than 5kg, such as dogs, cats, fish, rabbits, hamsters and gerbils, are allowed. More information can be found here. • No more than one (1) pet is allowed per room, regardless of room size. • The accompanying pet must stay throughout the booking duration. • Room cleaning will not take place if the pet is left unattended at the time of cleaning service. • A refundable pet deposit of S$200 will be held on arrival. • A non-refundable pet cleaning fee of S$150 (before prevailing government taxes) is applicable for all pet stays. The fee is charged on a per-month basis for long-term stays (more than a month).
