Therefore, we ask you to carefully review our booking policies before proceeding to the final payment. 1. GENERAL INFORMATION Check-in time: Between 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm Check-out time: 11:00 AM a. If the guest checks in after 7:00 pm, they must pay an additional $10 on top of the established rate. Arrival or check-in before 3:00 pm and check-out after 11:00 am must be pre-approved by the Renta Hogar team. b. The building has three floors and there is no elevator. It is important to consider this point for access for people with disabilities, as well as for the transfer of luggage. c. We recommend checking your belongings before leaving. We cannot be responsible for items left in the property 24 hours after check-out. 2. BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICIES a. To guarantee the reservation of the selected apartment or unit, the payment of one (01) night is required. The remaining amount must be paid on the day of entry to the unit or apartment. b. Bookings for 5 nights have a 15% discount. For more than 7 nights the discount is 20% of the total amount to be paid. c. Cancellation of the reservation one (01) or two (02) days before the date scheduled for the occupancy of the unit, does not include a refund of the money paid under any precept. Cancellation of the reservation made between three (03) or five (05) days before the date indicated for check-in, will have a 50% refund of the amount paid. d. The owner or guest assistance staff has the right to terminate the guest's stay if they do not comply with the "General Rental Policies" or cause inconvenience to neighbors and other residents of the community, without the right to a refund. e. If a guest wants to spend the night on the property, they must be notified and approved during the booking process, and will be subject to any extra fees specified in the final price. DAMAGE AND IMPERFECTIONS a. Before handing over the keys, the person in charge of Renta Hogar checks the condition of the apartment, furniture and conditions with the guest. Once the verification is complete, both parties sign the entry or check-in sheet. A thorough check by the guest is important, as they are responsible for financially compensating for any damage to the property or movable property. The same process applies at checkout.
