The luxurious living room has a brand new 75” smart TV that includes Netflix and a step down to an additional room with a pool table and fireplace. This newly furnished home provides free 5G Wi-Fi and brand new 50” smart TVs in all bedrooms, including the jacuzzi area. ** Please provide us 48 hours notice prior to your arrival if you wish for the jacuzzi to be heated. There is a $75 charge to heat it.** The master bedroom has a California King bed, while all other bedrooms have queen-sized beds. The bedrooms have access to plenty of towels, pillows, and blankets. You’ll have access to a walk-in closet, bedroom closets holding new robes for our guests, and dressers. The backyard is fully gated for a private and relaxing retreat. Hop out of the heated jacuzzi and enjoy our backyard lounge area with a brand-new BBQ, firepit, high-top table, and comfortable outdoor couches and chairs. ** Commercial photography and/or filming is okay if we're notified in advance.
