In the evening, wind down by the fire bowl at the lake’s edge. Ideal for anyone who loves nature, peace, and the water. The space The property was built in 2004 and is very well-equipped. All bedrooms are located on the first floor, while the living/dining room and kitchen are on the ground floor. Cleanliness is our top priority. Guest access For our guests, the entire holiday house, including the garage, is at your disposal. The use of the shorter of the two docks is permitted at your own risk. Apart from the longer dock and the boathouse, there are no freely accessible areas that should not be used. If arriving with an electric car, it is allowed, for a fee, to use the CEE 16 three-phase socket (red industrial socket) in the garage for charging the car. If necessary, a mobile charging cable with an adapter for the three-phase socket will be provided to charge an electric car with a Type 2 connector. The fee for charging the electric car will be agreed upon on-site as a flat rate and depends on the car or battery size, the number of planned charging sessions, and the duration of the stay. Other things to note On sunny summer days, please note that individuals who have moored boats may enter the property (dock or boathouse) to access their boats.
