Cozy apartment in Biberwier
Description
Welcome to the Beaver Lodge - our sustainable 30 sqm studio in Biberwier. Natural materials such as solid wood and clay create an ecological oasis of well-being. Stone pine wood and warm tones create a pleasant atmosphere. Enjoy the fantastic views and start right outside the door for numerous hiking and cycling tours as well as skiing and cross-country skiing. Welcome to your green retreat! The space Fully equipped 1-room apartment with kitchen (stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, espresso machine, kettle, all spices, etc.), dining area with large table and corner bench. Dresser for clothes storage and double bed as well as smart TV with streaming services (without public television program) in the sleeping area. Separate bathroom with shower and toilet. For a healthy indoor air, controlled living room ventilation as well as numerous pine wood elements are available. Other positive influences on the indoor climate are the walls and floor made entirely of clay plaster and solid wood. The view from the large panoramic window extends to the garden, forests as well as the top of the sun. The maximum occupancy is 2 people. Note: Due to the natural and therefore delicate materials (natural wood floor, dining table, and vanity), the apartment is not suitable for children or for stays by more than 2 people, or for additional family members/friends staying nearby. The controlled living room ventilation system also provides a constant and quietly perceptible airflow above the bed, which may be somewhat disruptive for noise-sensitive people at night. Due to the risk of fire, it is not permitted to charge an e-bike battery inside the apartment or overnight. Guest access The small apartment is separate from the main house with a separate entrance. Spacious parking space and carport are provided. A small green area with chairs and table in front of the apartment can be used for sitting and eating. The garden is private. Bicycles can be stored locked. The ping pong table can be used as well as some training equipment and yoga mats on request. In winter, skis can be stored in the garage and ski boots can be preheated overnight on the ski boot dryer. Snowshoes can be rented on request.
