Kitchen & Dining Our kitchen maintains its original character while being equipped with modern appliances - a full-size fridge, stove, and oven. There's no dishwasher, but we provide a coffee maker, toaster, blender, basic cookware, utensils, and tableware for your convenience. The dining area, adjacent to living room, features a large table that comfortably seats eight, perfect for family meals or gatherings. Bedrooms Master Suite: A private wing of the house holds the master suite with a king-size bed and a spacious master bathroom, featuring a full-size shower, separate jacuzzi tub, dual vanity, and toilet. Second Bedroom: Another king-size bedroom, offering a comfortable and peaceful sleeping experience. We offer a self-check-in process with a secure key lockbox for your convenience. Check-Out: By 11 AM. Please adhere to this time to allow for thorough cleaning and preparation for our next guests. Parking On-Site Parking: Available for up to one vehicles. Noise Policy: Quiet Hours: We ask that you respect our neighbors by keeping noise levels down, especially between 9 PM and 6 AM. Noise Decible: -To maintain a comfortable environment for both our guests and neighbors, we use noise decibel monitors within our listing. These devices measure sound levels to ensure community guidelines are upheld. Please note, these monitors do not record audio. They are strategically placed in non-private areas and are not located in bedrooms, bathrooms, or sleeping areas. Their presence is disclosed here for your awareness and peace of mind. Smoking Non-Smoking: This is a strictly non-smoking property, including all indoor areas and the hot tub vicinity. Accessibility Accessibility: Our home is not fully wheelchair accessible. Hot Tub Guidelines To ensure your safety and enjoyment while using the hot tub, please adhere to the following guidelines: Before Using the Hot Tub -Shower First: Please shower before entering the hot tub to remove lotions, oils, and other substances that can affect water quality. -Check Water Temperature: The water should be comfortably warm, not exceeding 104°F (40°C) to prevent overheating and health risks. -Cover Removal: Carefully remove the hot tub cover and place it safely to the side. Ensure it’s replaced after use to maintain heat and cleanliness. While Using the Hot Tub -Supervision: Children must be supervised at all times. We do not recommend hot tub use for children under the age of 12. -Limit Time: Limit your soak time to 15-20 minutes at a time to prevent overheating. -No Diving or Jumping: The hot tub is for sitting and relaxing. Diving or jumping can cause injury and damage the tub. -Avoid Glassware: Use plastic cups or containers near the hot tub. Glass can break and cause injury. -No Food or Smoking: Keep the hot tub area free of food and avoid smoking to maintain cleanliness and hygiene. -Alcohol and Medication: Avoid alcohol and do not use the hot tub if you are taking medications that cause drowsiness or other impairment. Maintenance and Reporting Issues -Water Clarity and Cleanliness: If the water appears cloudy or unclean, please refrain from using the hot tub and report it to us immediately. -Damage or Malfunction: Report any damage or malfunctions as soon as possible.
