TRANCOVILLE, BAGUIO CITY Guests will have the entire 2-bedroom unit and not shared. Located inside a 24-hour guarded and gated compound, the unit is very safe and secure. NO PETS ALLOWED, failure to comply will result in additional fees. Guest access PARKING FEE 🅿️ - Pay parking is available within the compound for guests at ₱200 per night for the outdoor parking and ₱300 per night for basement parking. This fee should be paid directly to the guard upon arrival at the property. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMING ⏱️ - Check-in time: 2:00 PM onwards - Checkout time: 11:00 AM - Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability and will be charged at ₱200 per hour. Other things to note - All appliances & furniture are regularly checked before check-in & after checkout of our guests. - An immediate notification will be expected of any damages in the unit. In case this might occur during your stay, the guest is financially responsible and a damage fee will be collected.
