Important Things to Know • Rental Agreement: An electronic rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking. • Lake Drawdown: Lake Hamilton is seasonally lowered starting November 1 and refilled by mid-March. During drawdown, the dock may not be usable for boats, but water remains for swimming and kayaking, especially in this cove. • No parties or events unless approved by management. Unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate removal without refund. • No smoking inside the property. • Minimum age to rent: 22 • Pets: Dogs only, under 20 lbs, max 1. Mandatory $125 pet fee per stay. • No unregistered guests without prior approval. • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM • Furniture may not be moved or rearranged. • Strict check-in & check-out times (no early or late check-outs unless approved).
