A Divvy bike dock is right outside & Coffee shop on the block. *Room has no closet* Street parking =free & (no permit required). I work from home a couple days a wk. *1 cat lives here. (Co-host is my boyfriend) You may see him around @ some point *No kids or animals allowed. 1 Guest only 😊 The space 3 unit building right next to the bus stop & divvy bike dock. Bustling area - everything is walking distance. We are also near the Salt Shed, Goose Island, DePaul & the Outpost-Fun concert venues. We also have 2 weed dispensaries 2 miles away Guest access You'll have access to your own bedroom, (Your door locks when you’re in room), your own coffee maker & a shared bathroom. The living room & my bedroom are where I work part time etc. There is no access to a tv. Your key is for the back door only, to avoid access to our front mail drop off area & other tenants in the building. During your stay Message me anytime in the App with questions. I might be home or out & about. Other things to note This is a clean/safe alternative to hotels in the city. We require guests to have reviews. No frills: includes soap, water, your own coffee maker in the room & tea. Near everything you need. Street parking is free if you drive !! Divvy bikes are right outside. No parking permit required for car parking. The #76 Bus stop is 20 steps away for your convenience. Metra is 1 mile east. Blue Line is 1 west. Both are walking distance.
